This mod makes the Shack for sale in the Waterfront District better. I cleaned it up a bit and made a basement for the house. - - -V3. 0 - - - Note: picture of the top floor, i just used console to get in, didn\'t buy the house yet. Redid the basement, made it look better, added more chest \" non respawing, crates and barrels do \", items, and misc around the place. Also added on a fighting room from the basement. other than that i keep it a bit empty for idk what you want. V2. 2 outdated and crap lol Enjoy!
