The texture should unzip into textures/landscape folder automatically. Then add following line \"textures/landscape/terrainhdgrass01su.dds\" into \"ArchiveInvalidation.txt\", which is located in \"oblivion\" folder. If the file isn\'t here, then create it yourself.
