Better Cities - Imperial City Bastionbridge Mini-District

Version 1. 01 fixes previous minor missing mesh issues

Dragonheart Manor:

- Only accessible upon completion of main quest - pull the lever to lock/unlock the doors

- Tonnes of storage

- Display cases

- Altars of enchanting and spellmaking, as well as an alchemical station, on the third floor

- Repair and recharge stations in the basement

- Use the teleportation orb in the ballroom to learn a teleportation spell to teleport back to the mansion

- There is a one-way portal in the ballroom enabling teleportation to the various cities of cyrodiil

- Includes NPC merchants. The majordomo is a fence.

- Activate "Free flow wine" to obtain drinks

(Version 1. 02 additions):

- Added Champion of Cyrodiil's Desk Set to the desk in the Top Floor (Master Bedroom) of Dragonheart Manor - if you currently have a bounty on your head, you may use the stamp to erase all bounties below 2,000 gold for free. If your bounty is at least 2,000 gold, you will have to pay off the full bounty, but you can do so by merely using the stamp - i.e. stolen items will NOT be confiscated in the process.

- Added Fixed Deposit drawer to the ballroom (second floor). You will earn a daily sum of 100 gold in the drawer per every deposit of 100,000 gold you make. You can deposit or withdraw gold at any time. You may only deposit/withdraw in batches of 100,000.

- Added Dragonheart Guardian Altar to the ballroom (second floor). The Dragonheart Guardian is a powerful and essential Mini-Frost Atronach follower who can be summoned or dismissed from this very altar.

- You may now activate the Level 1 dining table and coffee table to bring up (separate) food menus

Blades Bureau:

- Accessible to members of the Blades

- Has a merchant and another NPC offering repair and recharge services

Imperial Civil Service Administration:

- Purely there for flavor. Inhabited by flavor NPCs.

Bridge View Suites (Version 1. 03):

- Suites Manager sells enchanted upper class clothing and jewelry. Note that the manager is a master of mercantile and thus drives extremely hard bargains. He is also a master trainer in restoration.
