Beast Argonians Forever 0.20 Bash Tag fix and some hairstyle restore

v1. 3 Fixed the bald option called "Clean Scales" as a playable hairstyle & added to the Argonian race.

For Coffee have their Permissions and credits set up that any can modify their BAF - Beast Argonians Forever Early Version I fixed their v0. 20 a bit to have the bash tag R. Hair already added & restore in the character creation screen Oblivion's Fins, Jeweled Fins, Spines, Dorsal Ridge & Decorated Spikes! For Coffee didn't replace them, they unchecked the playable box in CS for some reason. For I'm a Argonian fan & try to be lore friendly when it's about Argonians, I made these playable again alongside with all of Coffee added hairstyles. The only one I didn't made playable is the vanilla spikes, because there's no reason with all of Coffee to choose from. Also fixed Coffee's bald option called "Clean Scales" as a playable hairstyle & added to the Argonian race.

Of preference, I use the feathers from their mod, I did the restorations for those like those styles.

This is only of the main esp mostly does for the player, you still need to download the BAF download from CoffeeIsDead for it contains the NPC esps, meshes, & texture files.

Until Coffee updates their file, I hope this help others before it becomes obsolete.
