Art of Speedy Looting

What\'s New? ------------ Compatibility patches were added for: Addendum - Hungry.esp (02/05/08) Addendum - Thirsty.esp (02/05/08) wd purse of wonders.esp (v0. 5) Unlike previous compatibility patches that only dealt with containers, these 3 patches are designed to work with items. Thus, I had to add another system that works with items. What does this mean for you? It means that you will (eventually) be able to Speedy Loot / Grab scripted items that I mark as safe. This is a time consuming process, so it will be done in stages. Currently, I\'ve only audited the Ingredient, Apparatus, SigilStone, and SoulGem scripts. As well, a minor variable mismatch in Speedy Grabbing was fixed. Scripts on items that have an Item Specific filter were supposed to be ignored, but the variable mismatch prevented that from taking place. Unfortunately, another bug has come to light. Ownership of books stolen with Speedy Grabbing is not being retained; instead of being marked stolen, they are being marked as owned by the player. This will be addressed in the next major update when OBSE v15 is released. I. Introduction ---------------- This is a sister mod to The Art of Speedy Depositing; whereas Speedy Depositing allows you to automatically sort your inventory into various containers, Speedy Looting allows you to automatically sort the contents of various containers into your inventory. In other words, Speedy Looting is an auto-loot mod. If you\'re comfortable using Speedy Depositing, you\'ll feel right at home with Speedy Looting. It has two basic modes: one (Speedy Looting) will automatically take certain items from containers that you select, and one (Speedy Grabbing) that will grab items from around you. If you have an item targeted when you choose to grab items, it will only grab that item (bypassing any and all menus for books / scrolls and any quantity prompts for ammo / ingredients). If you don\'t, then it will try and take certain items from around you (within a set range based on your speed, and modified by your sneak skill for stealing). Why do I say \"certain\" items? Because it is fully configurable to take whatever items you want, based on a huge variety of built in filters (it is even more configurable than Speedy Depositing). If you only want to take gold automatically, you can do that. If you only want to automatically take items valued over 1000 septims, that works too. If you only want to automatically take enchanted glass weaponry, unenchanted silver weapons, any armor less than 30 weight, all journeyman or higher alchemy apparatus, all poisons worth atleast 50 septims, all clothing except shoes (except for Green Velvet shoes because you\'re collecting them), all keys as long as you\'re at less than 50% of your max encumbrance, and any gems that are worth atleast 1000 septims per unit of weight....that and more is possible.
