ANB Dynamic Respawn and Xp System

They are completely separate and one does not require the other they both however require the latest version of OBSE. Its completely up to you to use one or both or neither. I put them here together and in the same DL because Ive yet to extensively test either of them and because they go well together. ANB Dynamic Respawn This mod makes npcs and creatures respawn after a semi random (explained in a sec) time has passed. It works for ALL creatures and npcs regardless of mod etc just like my other dynamic mods. Its a semi random time because it has a random component. The time it takes PER NPC/CREATURE to respawn is based on its level, a base amount of time and a random amount of time. The base amount is 3min and its 1 min per level of the npc/creature and then a random amount of time so you cant time respawns to the second. This DOES NOT resurrect the npc/creature you killed and its corpse will still be there when it respawns. It creates a NEW version of the npc/creature from its BASE OBJECT (the one in the CS) that means the respawned version can have different items than the one before it depending on their individual inventory. Again I say this will make ANY npc/creature respawn I know for a fact it make the Mythic Dawn npcs in the tutorial respawn (they kicked my ass) So if you dont want things respawning dont kill them =D ANB Xp System This mod adds a basic experience system ONLY FOR STAT INCREASES. You level up as normal per the standard vanilla game or any other leveling system you might use. This system is only an alternate means of increasing your stats (stats not skills meaning strength intelligence etc) It also changes (via script so its 100% compatible) the level up multipliers for stats (where you get +1 or +5 or whatever to a stat on level up) to 1. So regardless of whatever skills progress you to gaining a level youll only receive 1x bonuses on the level up menu. It works via a stat point system. Everything you kill (what exactly it is isnt taken into account) gives you a certain amount of experience towards a total Stat Point. The higher you are than the npc/creature the less xp you get and just the opposite for the higher the npc/creature is than you, you get more xp. The amount you get and the amount required for a total Stat Point never change regardless of level or anything else. What does change however is the number of Stat Points required to increase a stat. Every time you increase any singular stat it increases the cost of the next upgrade to the same stat. For example if youve never increased strength it will cost 1 Stat Point to increase it. You spend 1 Stat Point and your strength goes up by 1. Now to increase strength (and only strength
