Alex's Sellable Houses

Description

This places Housing Permits outside of each house you can buy in the vanilla game. Activate them to have your key removed, the door locked and your gold returned. Additionally, a notification message will show up and the "For Sale" sign will appear again outside if there was one there intially.

If you want to repurchase the house, you can just activate the Housing Permit again and you'll have the door unlocked, the key readded and the gold removed.

- You need to have the key to the home in your pocket when selling the house.

- You also need to have the money to buy the house when you want to rebuy it

- You will have the base cost of the house returned to you when you sell your house

- Any upgrades that you've made will stay

- Any items you may have placed inside chests will stay where they are

Essentially, the only thing that's happening is that the door is locked, your key is removed and you get the gold back.

It's not resetting anything. I didn't make it reset anything or remove your ownership in case you accidentally sell it and notice later on or something.

Installation

Install with NMM or manually.

Important Note

It's best if you first go somewhere inside and then save the game and install this. If you're for example currently outside somewhere in Bruma and you install this, there can be issues to activate the Housing Permission from the Bruma player home unless you start a new game. This is an issue in the game where loading saves with newlly placed things can make them not show up or in this case, not usable. I would highly recommend you enter some place live a tavern, install this and then just play. Have fun!
