Adult Adventure Tiber Septim Brothel An adult adventure. This is a quest built around transforming the Tiber Septim Hotel into a profitable brothel. It is not a brothel mod. Recruit prostitutes, train, upgrade, market, eliminate competition and attempt to get freebies. Contains adult language, adult situations, and nudity. Designed for adult players comfortable with sexual situations. Designed to provide four to eight hours of game play for characters of any type or level. More or less gender independent. Dialogue intensive and requires Elys_USV: OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice or other program which will play a 8 seconds duration silent voice for any missing voice file. If you do not have a program to slow down dialogue text display you will be unable to play this mod. No program No play. OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16622 The characters in this mod are based on plain vanilla Oblivion NPC\'s. So unless you want to go questing after your grandmother it is highly recommended that you have one or more of the various mods which enhance male and female appearance installed.
