📋 About This Mod
This will add an abandoned house right next to Split in the Shivering Isles.
I made this mod because SI desperately needs a player home; and all of such mods I found were buggy/immersion breaking/too extravagant. This is also my very first mod, so feel free to suggest faults/improvements(with instructions if possible :P)!
