She lives in the Imperial City Merchant\'s Inn in the Market District. Dressed in fine silken robes and wielding a powerful staff, she is a most formidable spellcaster, with the power to take on many enemies and/or to heal you when you are injured. Notes ===== I created this partner a long time ago, but didn\'t release her because she\'s rather overpowering. A warning: using this partner at low levels may hinder your leveling due to your inability to hit your targets before Ciliana blasts them off the face of Nirn. I recommend only inviting her along for the most difficult of tasks.
