Wearable Syl's Dress - Mother Hydra's Raiment

The fishy theme of the dress needs a more appropriately themed name. I've placed it in the Hackdirt Cavern, in a crate called A Battered Crate in the northern most part of the cavern, west of the prison cell. The item is now called Mother Hydra's Dress, and it is enchanted with the Black Hand Robe enchantments, but the values increased to 20. That's fortify sneak, illusion, marksman, blade, and speechcraft. I've also set it to only attach to the upper body. The shoes that are part of the mesh clip with my feet, dunno if it'd clip with others. But, this will allow you to wear lower body, foot, and hand clothing or armor as well. The leather boots adequately cover up the clipping.

It appears that Ascension Remastered might break this mod if it loads after this one. So, make sure MhRaiment.esp is last in your load order.
