How to install it;
1) Put the esp in Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
2) Edit the plugins.txt file in the same data folder and add RobesUnlocker.esp to the list
Enjoy :)

I simply went into every robe in the game and removed the HAND, FEET, & LOWERBODY tags, presto.
