Unlimited Rings Redux

To maintain balance, this version reintroduces a configurable ring limit through scripting. You can choose how many rings your character is allowed to wear—from modest increases to full freedom.

Important Notes:

• []This mod only works with vanilla rings. (i.e., rings that exist in the Construction Set).

  []Pre-made and pre-enchanted rings are fully supported.

  []Custom-enchanted rings made by the player are not affected by this mod.

  []Mod-added rings will not be affected unless they are manually added to this mod.

  []It removes the visual appearance of equipped rings on the player’s hands—you won't be able to see them anymore, even if equipped.

  Available Limits:

  2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, or Unlimited

    This version is fully automatic—just install, enable, and play. The ring limit selection menu will appear automatically when you load into the game.

    To reset your selection, you can run the command "StartQuest RingConfigQuest" in the ObvConsole to reselect the number of rings or remove and re-add UnlimitedRingsRedux.esp in your Plugins.txt file.

    Manual Installation:

    1. Extract the mod's ZIP file into the game's Data directory. The default installation paths are:

     C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

     Gamepass:

      C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data

    2. After extracting you should see the mod's .esp file in the same directory as your Plugins.txt.

    3. Edit Plugins.txt, adding the name of the plugin to the list, should looks like this:
