Spell Sounds Remastered

Spell sounds were severely outdated & I decided to change that.

This is only the beginning of my edits, and i am nowhere near happy with the final results yet.

v1. 5 Preview Illusion offensive spells on target impact:

Mimics an otherworldly voice commanding a target with an unknown command - sounds like: fushi

Got the idea from this:

"fushi" can refer to other Japanese words with similar meanings, such as "fushigi," which translates to "mystery" or "secret".

Made from request - A relaxing flute sound shows the way with a slight echo.

V1. 4 Preview Destruction spells dmg/drain/weakness

We got a problem... Damage health/stamina/magicka, shares same sfx as conjuration cast effect. 

I don't know if Virtuos actually intended this, seems sloppy but yeah if someone knows how we seperate those files,

Tried making it so it isn't too long duration for using spells like bound armor etc.
