Tired of clunky underwater movement? Simply Swim Up adds intuitive vertical swimming controls to your game — just press Jump to swim upward, and Crouch to swim downward. That's it. Simple, clean, and functional.

  🛠 Manual Installation

  1. Install Simply Swim Up

  • []Download and extract the contents of this mod.

    []Place the files into your game's folder (usually located in the game's root directory under .../Oblivion Remastered/ ).

  2. Launch the game and dive in! Make sure it works!

  ⚙ Configuration

  You can adjust how slippery the control is for swimming up and down in the config.lua file

  1. Go to file located in the folderpath ...\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Winxxx\ue4ss\Mods\SimplySwimUp\Scripts\config.lua

  2. Open the config file using your preferred text editor (i.e. Notepad, Notepad++, VSCode, etc)

  3. Adjust the value of the AscendDescendDuration from the default (50 milliseconds) to whatever you desire. Save the config.lua file.

  🔄 Compatibility

  • []✔️ Should be compatible with most mods unless they alter swimming behavior or bind conflicting swim controls.

    []❌ Incompatible with mods that completely override character movement underwater.
