Cast any spell with enough magicka
It's redundant game design that some spells cost 600 magicka if you're a novice in the school, but you can't even attempt it until you're a master and the cost has gone down to <100. Overdose on 'Fortify Magicka' potions and summon a Dremora Lord if you want.
Technical: changes https://cs.uesp.net/wiki/FMagicSpellLevelXXMin for all levels to 10000. Should be compatible with any spell mods.
