RAINY WEATHER
This mod adjusts weather patterns to increase the frequency of rain, fog, clouds, and storms, while decreasing the number of sunny days.
I personally enjoy the atmosphere rain creates in the game, especially combined with the ambient music – it brings back a sense of nostalgia. Furthermore, I feel the gloomy weather better reflects the game's tense atmosphere during the Oblivion Crisis. With the Emperor dead and the Empire under attack, persistent bad weather feels fitting for these hard times.
