Description
Makes the location Pell's Gate more vividly and harmonious, adding a little farm and amenities, so to feel more alive. It adds a little dock, farm and "cemetery" in a game-play/frames friendly way, so to no be over the top

Installation
Put the esp in Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data and add it to your Plugins.txt or use a Mod Manager, of preference use MO2
