Oblivion Damage Formula And Magicka Cost Skills Scaling Uncapper (OBSE) OR (ASI)

In vanilla Oblivion, even if your Skills are 150, the game calculates your damage (or Magicka cost) as if your skill was only 100.

This mod changes that, allowing skills to properly scale with your actual level, no matter how high it goes.

THIS DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEVEL YOUR SKILLS PAST 100 

If you can get your skills past 100 through Alchemy, Fortify Skill enchantments, or any other method, it uncaps the scaling on those stats over 100.

Installation Instructions

Download and install the Oblivion Remastered Script Extender (OBSE64).

Place the OblivionRemastered folder from the 7z into the root OblivionRemastered folder where OblivionRemastered.exe is located

(Usually steamapps/common/OblivionRemastered/)

Run the game with obse64_loader.exe.

Ultimate ASI Loader:

Download and install the Ultimate ASI Loader

Place the OblivionRemastered folder from the 7z into the root OblivionRemastered folder where OblivionRemastered.exe is located

(Usually steamapps/common/OblivionRemastered/)

Run the game normally.

Update Instructions:

Remove any of the old .dlls, as seen here:
