Mostly Clear Skies (Less rain and inclement weather)

I was unhappy with how often it rains, gets cloudy, or otherwise looks dim in Oblivion. It's worse in the remaster since IMHO rainy and cloudy weather shows flaws in modern raytracing.

By default, Oblivion is set to be sunny slightly less than half the time!! This mod makes most areas sunny 75-80% of the time.

Every weather type still appears. I have not removed anything. It's just far more likely to be sunny now, with certain exceptions; Kvatch is still always stormy for the main quest, Blackmarsh still generally rains and storms more than other areas, the Jerall Mountains still snow often, etc. I tried to preserve the original intent, while making the game much more likely to be sunny.

If you are in an area that is already rainy or cloudy, you will need to travel somewhere else for the mod to take effect, since it only changes the chance that rainy or cloudy weathers will occur. It will not actually stop rainy or cloudy weather that is already in-progress until you leave for a while.

To install:

1. Place the "MostlyClearSkies.esp" in the Data folder with all your other basic Oblivion files and esps.

2. Add the "MostlyClearSkies.esp" entry to your Plugins.txt file in your Data folder.

The path to your Data folder is "steamapps -> common -> Oblivion Remastered -> OblivionRemastered -> Content -> Dev -> ObvData -> Data."
