📋 About This Mod
Feint/cancel your attacks by blocking or dodging. Configurable timings for each weapon animation.
Feint your attacks before they hit by blocking or dodging. You can also block/dodge earlier after an attack with most weapons.
The timings for block/dodge canceling can be configured for each weapon and all their animations.
Feinting (block canceling) also consume fatigue by default, but this can be turned off.
I've tried to create timings that should feel/look "natural" for each weapon.

Configuration
Open the following file in any text editor:
Oblivion Remastered/OblivionRemastered/Binaries/Win64/ue4ss/Mods/MeleeAttackFeinting/Scripts/main.lua
Here you can change:
-- Set this to false if you don't want block canceling to consume faituge.
-- Dodge canceling will only consume the dodge fatigue cost.
local shouldFeintConsumeFatigue = true
-- Most attacks can block earlier after an attack, set this to true if you want that to consume fatigue.
-- This will only consume fatigue if you actually blocked earlier than intended.
local shouldPostHitBlockConsumeFatigue = false
You'll also find a list of all the weapons, their attack types and animations.
For example, the hand-to-hand attacks:
-- preHit is the time in seconds you can cancel before your attack hits.
-- postHit is the time in seconds you can cancel after your attack has hit.
-- Examples:
-- A preHit of 0. 1 means you have a 0. 1 second window after attacking to cancel your attack.
-- A postHit of 0. 4 means you can cancel your attack when 0. 4 seconds of the animation has played.
-- This mod doesn't prevent you from creating timestamps that can cancel your attacks during the "hit window" of attacks (which seems to be around 0. 3 seconds for most weapons).
-- When the hit window happens varies greatly depending the weapons used, for example, the hit window for hand-to-hand starts very early, around 0. 2 seconds into the animation.
-- If you want to cancel your attacks at any time, you could set preHit = 0 and postHit = 0.
HandToHand = {
["Actor. Action. Combat. Attacking. Light"] = { -- These are all the light attack animations for hand-to-hand, in order.
{ preHit = 0. 1, postHit = 0. 4 }, -- This is the first animation in the light attack sequence.
{ preHit = 0. 1, postHit = 0. 4 }, -- This is the second animation in the light attack sequence.
{ preHit = 0. 1, postHit = 0. 4 }, -- This is th
