Malignant Mannimarco - A Truly Vile Foe

Mannimarco. The King of Worms. The Betrayer. Architect of the Planemeld. God of Undeath.

As a character, Mannimarco is one of the greats in my opinion. Truly, unapologetically evil and ruthless. He doesn't bargain for your assistance. He doesn't grovel or plead for mercy. He was willing to sell all of Mundus to Molag Bal to become a god, and millennia later he would succeed during the Warp in the West. His celestial form corrupts soul gems into avaricious Black Soul Gems, bent to the malign will of extracting power from mortal souls and condemning them to eternal unrest within the Soul Cairn. He is a vile, detestable, horrible Altmer whose litany of sins stretch for miles.

And in Oblivion, he is a whiny muppet.

Seriously, during Daggerfall he succeeds in becoming a god, after living for centuries unknown as a Lich, and when you meet him in Oblivion you could be forgiven for mistaking him for Hirtel from Kvatch wearing a necromancer robe! While Oldblivion had some mods that gave him back some of his undead swag from Daggerfall, those mods don't exist for Remastered yet.

So, using the power of RaceMenu Utilities and NPC Appearance Manager, I made my take on the Skyblivion interpretation of Mannimarco, King of Worms. He is ancient, his eyes have clouded over in their sockets, and he is gaunt and ashen gray. A proper Lich, or as close as I could make.

This is a personal flavor mod, hence why it is not being included in my other mod, Familiar Faces. If you like your Liches grimy and evil, this is the place for it!

Speaking of, I just copy-pasted the install instructions from that mod to here:

Installation Instructions:

1. Properly install Race Menu Utilities. It'd be quite stupid to do so without it. Like why would you?

2. Properly install NPC Appearance Manager. It will not work without this.

3. If you have OBSE, you have to launch the game once without it to get ue4ss to start up correctly, and then you can use them together

4. Once you have properly installed NPC Appearance Manager, go to

\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\NPCAppearanceManager\NPCand unzip my file(s) in there.

5. Launch game as you will.
