Removes the nerf low level NPCs receive.
Mod Overview
In oblivion, low level NPCs have their health nerfed. This mod removes that nerf by setting FLowLevelNPCBaseHealthMult to 1 (from 0. 4). Will make the early game harder.
Mainly releasing this as a test. May expand on it later.
Installation
To install, drop the esp into "The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data" and add the esp to the bottom of plugins.txt.
