Installation:
Extract the contents of the ZIP to steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods\
Uninstallation:
Simply delete all three "LessSaturatedMarkers_P" files from your steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods\ folder.
