Less Alchemy Double Yield Potion Crafting

Alchemy has always had a balancing issue when it came to how easy it was to accumulate wealth with the amount of potions you can craft. With the remaster it's even worse now that players now have high natural double yields once you reach apprentice and up with Alchemy. This little mod reduces the chance of proccing x2 potions when crafting. Great to pair with a mod that also lowers the overall sell value of potions.
