Fixes a couple of Stunted Scamps in the Kvatch Oblivion Gate that were erroneously put in the creature faction which caused them to fight with the nearby dremora.
Fixes an age old bug where the dremora would kill the stunted scamp in the Kvatch Oblivion Gate. Based on this mod Kvatch Oblivion Gate Dremora Scout Fix at Oblivion Nexus although the actual method of fixing this issue is different.
