Follow the INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALL ConfigHelper and follow it's install instructions
Once installed, inside the ue4ss folder, you should have a Mods folder.
Download this mod and drop the extracted folder "HitStop" into that mods folder.
You should have this:
/ue4ss/Mods/HitStop/Scripts/main.lua
/ue4ss/Mods/HitStop/Scripts/HitStop.ini
/ue4ss/Mods/HitStop/enabled.txt
Enjoy the mod.
HOW TO CONFIGURE
Navigate to /ue4ss/Mods/HitStop/Scripts/HitStop.ini
Open HitStop.ini .lua with your notepad editor of choice.
After you saved the file, you can hit the ReloadHotkey (Default Enter), INGAME, to refresh the settings!
UINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Remove HitStop from /ue4ss/Mods/
Save to install and uninstall mid game
