Hey Kids Would You Lighten Up - Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary Lighting Overhaul

Adds in lights to the brotherhood sanctuary, keeping the gloomy feel but injecting the cozy, homey vibe the original had. As well as red (ish) lights at the black door.

Techinicals: I haven't figured out how to create new forms so the lights are more orange than the red I'd prefer. Also I couldn't get non furniture lights to work so I hid furniture lights in the walls around the door. Edits all three sanctuary cells and the abandoned house basement.

To install use vortex, or drop into "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data"
