Finger of the Mountain Great Power

I like the idea that it's now an actual power granted from the quest at Cloud Top, limited to one use a day but at zero magicka cost.  With  increasing power as you gain skill in Destruction Magicka. It can be  continually and strategically useful due to it’s power and zero magicka  cost, but must be saved for the right time due to it’s single daily use. Changing it from a powerful shock spell to a tactical tool in the quest to conquer Oblivion. Also it can not  be silenced, absorbed or  reflected, truly a great power of Cyrodil. Anyone that has any requests for Finger of the Mountain alternate versions let me know.

Installation

Extract the zipped folder into the MAIN GAME FOLDER

Then make sure that your 'Plugins.txt' has the full name of the .esp added at the end of the list.
