Enemies Carry Torches... When they feel like it. Adds torches to Bandits, Dremora & Saints/Seducers. Comes as an all in one or modular.
They seem to only use the torches when unshielded/Not in combat unless they have no shield/and if it is dark.
Installation
Place .esp in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
& add the downloaded .esp file to your Plugins.txt file.
