Simple mod that adds Enchanting and Spellmaking Altars to Earil's Mysteries in New Sheoth
Basically just wanted easier access to Enchanting and Spellmaking in the Shivering Isles and didn't find any mods that did it already, so I did it myself.
FUN FACT: This mod works with Oldblivion as well as it's just an ESP made with the old Oblivion Construction Set
