Disable Health Regen (or Tweak)

1. Locate Altar.ini file located at this path by default:

C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows

2. Open Altar.ini file with preferred text editor (I used default Windows Notepad). If you are editing the file for the first time, it will be empty. It is completely ok.

3. Copy and paste these strings:

HealthRegenOutsideCombatMult=0. 000000

HealthRegenEnduranceMult=0. 000000

4. Save and close.

Now you can launch the game and see that the character's health is no longer restoring over time. You still may use Restorations spells, potions, resting and other things to get your health back. Just like in the original!

Also, if you you can also edit two related variables that determine delay and base number for health regeneration, you can add and edit these too.

HealthRegenDelay=6. 000000

HealthRegenBase=0. 160000

Just in case, here are default values:

HealthRegenDelay=6. 000000

HealthRegenOutsideCombatMult=7. 500000

HealthRegenBase=0. 160000

HealthRegenEnduranceMult=0. 340000

I also uploaded DefaultAltar.ini file found in game data with tons of other parameters. Maybe it'll be useful for you. Have fun!
