The chance for insta-kill is your Luck*0. 05. So it is uncapped but you'd need 2000 luck to reach 100%. At 100 luck it is 5%, at 50 — 2%. Also it should no longer target the player from reflect spell.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

All razors deal 5 points of damage over 180 seconds. Lingering death. Cannot be reflected on the player.

Random spell is cast with about 5% chance. Can deal 100 damage, drain 60 stamina, burden by 500 points or Silence for 30 seconds. Cannot be reflected on the player.

Desintegrate Armor. 10-80 points depending on the razor.

Desintegrate Weapon. 10-40 points depending on the razor.

Absorb Health. 6-20 

points depending on the razor.

The razor hungers for bloodshed. It demands victims every day. Should you stop the killing with this dagger, the razor's hunger will affect you.

Stage 1. One day without killing. Reduce your health by 25 points.

Stage 2. Two days without killing. Reduce your strength, willpower and agility by 10 points.

Stage 3. Three days without killing. Lose 5 points of Magicka and Stamina every second.

Stage 4. Four or more days without killing. Lose 5 points of Health every second.
