Tired of tossing a single coin to beggars and walking away feeling like a cheapskate? This mod gives your generosity a little extra meaning.

What It Does:

When you donate 10 gold to a beggar, you receive a short-lived Gift of Charity ability, granting a +10 blessing to your Mercantile skill for 60 default seconds, as a reward for your kindness. The effect lasts briefly, making donations a momentary act of goodwill rather than a game-breaking buff.

  []Beggar disposition increased to +5 with donations up to a disposition of 70, after which persuasion requires bribes.

  []New feature! You can now change the length of the Gift of Charity buff. By using a console command, set JWCharityBuffTime to 60 just change the default 60 to your desired length in seconds.

  []Added a Magic Loader 2 version that should fix (NL) tags if you use Magic Loader 2

Compatibility:

• []Wont be compatible with mods that edit the BeggarGiveGold dialogue topic.

  []No new assets, just scripting tweaks and dialogue topic edits.

Requierments:

Optional - NL-Tag Remover if you hate (NL) tags

Optional - OBSE64 if you want to use the NL-Tag Remover.

Installation:

Drop the ESP into your Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder, add the full ESP name Beggars Blessing.esp to your Plugins.txt, and enjoy a more immersive act of charity!

If using the Magic Loader 2 version be sure the json file gets placed in the Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\MagicLoader folder.
