Auto Hide Gear

Auto Hide Gear is a lightweight mod for Oblivion Remastered that lets you fully customize which equipment is always hidden or automatically hidden when your weapon is sheathed. Use the in-game settings menu to toggle the visibility of your weapons, shield, quiver, helmet, upper body armor, lower body armor, gloves, boots, amulet, and/or rings, creating a cleaner and more immersive appearance during exploration.

This effect is purely cosmetic and applies only to the player character. NPCs and companions will continue to display their equipped gear as usual. It's ideal for players who prefer a cleaner look while exploring, want to reduce visual clutter in screenshots, or enjoy a more immersive or natural roleplaying experience.

This mod does not affect any stats, animations, or combat mechanics and is compatible with most gameplay setups.

Auto Hide Gear is a complete overhaul and expansion of my earlier mod, Hide Sheathed Weapons.
