gTech - Infinite Jetpacks and Other Tech Changes

Current Changes:

• []Minotaur environment control unit available on all exocraft

  []Infinite jetpack (effectively) for the Minotaur

  []Infinite jetpack (effectively) for the player

  []Faster jetpack with more force

  []Increased exocraft (not Minotaur, that's in GMech mod) speed, tank size, boost, recharge, grip, and damage.

  []Increased starship interaction range to 200u

  []Starship Teleport Receiver tech increased from 200 to 800u

  []Decreased starship launch cost from 50 to 30

  []Efficient Thrusters improved

  []Translator tech words improved

  []Optical Drill mining bonus increased from 50% to 100%

  []Advanced Mining Laser speed reduction improved from 85% to 80%

• Mining Laser and Photon Cannon can be deleted
