Replaces M16A4 with EFT M4A1. Has suppressor, vertical foregrip and aimpoint scope sight with custom reticle. Uses default animations. Has custom firing and reload sounds, HUD icon. Supports all survivors hands. Check out carryhandle version with red dot: EFT M4A1S Red Dot Note: Unfortunately m16a4scoped and m16a4carryhandle use same sounds, so your carryhandle will have suppressed firing sound too. Nothing I can do.
