Combat knife {replaces kitchen knife}

Who needs a kitchen knife when u can have a combat knife?! i did not make this all the credit goes to demo/templer for port and making the model flammable for making the icons (C Hands compatiblity updated) I have now fixed the weird 1 hit kill script i forgot to remove when porting the mod sorry if that ruins the fun but it should be normal now
