Changes the color of the Vice minister chest to black.
Changes the color of the Vice minister chest to black with an optional file that also changes the neck area to black aswell.
I would have made changes to the cloak part but when trying to import them into blender it says their "positions are in 4D",
No idea what this means but basically i can't change them.
I'd also recommend the Mod by :Vice Minister Cloak Remove https://www.nexusmods.com/nioh2/mods/44?tab=description it works great with my mod although, When refreshing your mods It will ask you to make a pretty simple change in the .ini file.
