Masse de la Ferveur Vehemente

An edit of the Vajra Splistaff, adding additional parts and colors options. Also includes an axe replacer.

("Masse de la Ferveur Véhémente" with the accents)

The splistaff chains are a bit distorted and couldn't fixed it even with normalizing the weight.

For polearms, I will use these same weapons for ease to use - I don't want to go back and forth in the blacksmith and don't have multiple copies of weapons with the rights rolls. Simply drop the weapons folder you don't want in a DISABLED folder.
