Debes copiarlos en esta dirección:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\NINJAGAIDEN2BLACK\NINJAGAIDEN2BLACK\Content\Paks\LogicMods

¡No me aparece la carpeta "LogicMods"!

No te preocupes, debes crearla a mano:

Clic derecho -> Nueva carpeta -> "LogicMods"

I don't see the “LogicMods” folder!

Don't worry, you have to create it manually:

Right click -> New folder -> “LogicMods”
