It's been some time since NieR:Recarnation has been discontinued and permanently terminated. It's the ultimate fate of every single Gacha Game, they just shut down the servers and kill the game, regardless of it being a canon sequel to the series or not. And talk about the canon lore, that game linked so much stuff together, from Drakengard 1-3 to Replicant and Automata, as well as with itself. Now all you can get is whatever the community managed to salvage. That's just one of the many reasons why Gacha Games shouldn't exist, now a bunch of new fans of the series are just missing out on a fuckton of lore. Anyways...

Among the stuff the community salvaged, there's pretty much the whole game in terms of data, assets and files, and among them, these 7 Pods I'm bringing here. With a little bit of explanation, Pod 006 is the Pod overseeing the Server on the Moon alongside YoRHa Number 10 Type H, 10H for short, who were both first featured on the story called "A Much Too Silent Sea". Pod Mama is a visual that 006 uses during the final events of Recarnation, so the main characters feel at ease with a more familiar form, Mama, which was the form taken by 006 while inside the Cage. The other 5 Pods, Domestic, Health, Mock-Up, Prototype and Support, were Companions, which were various types of creatures equipped to each Character to assist them in battles, one for each of the game's core Elements, Water, Fire, Light, Dark and Wind, respectively.

And now, these Pods are available on Automata. All fully compatible with the 3 Pod Weapons, with custom colours for the Laser and Missile units attached to Pods B and C.

  How do I install it?

  Drag and drop the .dtt and .dat files on a folder named "wp" inside the "data" folder and it's done, easy peasy lemon squeazy. If you don't have a "wp" folder, just make one.

  You can only use one at a time, since the files overwrite each other. They will replace the Cardboard Pod skin that you get by default on the game.

  Honestly, the NieR:Recarnation Community is to be thanked as a whole, we would never have access to these assets if they didn't datamine and store them. If they didn't, everything on that game would be eventually lost forever, only "accessible" by the memories and recordings of those who played it.
