Custom Weapon - Awakened Protocol

If you load the mod without it the custom weapon slot and behavior changes won't be available.

NAMS is the mod loader this runs on - it loads mods from its own folder and never touches your game files, so launching through Steam still gives you vanilla. Windows, Linux and macOS supported.

~ Description ~

A new sword - nothing vanilla is replaced or overwritten. It's just another weapon in your pocket.

Equip it on 9S and his dodge range extends beyond what a Scanner was ever supposed to be capable of.

Equip it on 2B and it feels wrong. It wasn't made for her.

~ Installation ~

Mod manager:

Drop the zip into the YP mod manager. Done.

Manual:

Extract the zip into your nams mods folder so the layout looks like:

Launch via the YP launcher or via command line (NAO launcher will be updated later). The weapon is sold by the weapon merchant in the Resistance Camp - buy it there to add it to your inventory.

To remove: delete the nams\mods\awakened_protocol\ folder. Nothing else needs to be cleaned up because no vanilla file was ever touched.
