Weapon Repair Kit Fix

This bug fix is included in Yukichigai\'s Unofficial Patch (YUP) If you\'re looking for a single file that fixes all your bugs, why not give YUP a shot? ---------- This bugfix handles three large problems with the Weapon Repair Kit aid item. PROBLEM ONE: Using a Weapon Repair Kit on a weapon with a weapon durability mod attached will actually LOWER the weapon\'s health. PROBLEM TWO: Weapon Repair Kits can be used on weapons which are at 100% health (or higher). PROBLEM THREE: Weapon Repair Kits can boost a weapon\'s health past 100%. This fix handles all of the above with a simple modification to the script which handles the repair effect. Repairs made to weapons which have a durability mod will now work correctly. Additionally, trying to use a Weapon Repair Kit while equipped with a weapon at 100% health (or greater) will do nothing, other than playing a sound effect; you will still have the same number of Weapon Repair Kits in your inventory. CAVEATS This fix does not currently work for custom weapon durability mods which increase the weapon\'s health by anything other than 50%. I am working on a way to detect for these situations automatically.
