We Are Legion - Fixed and Cleaned

While all his NPC overhauls are of unparalelled quality, the .esp plugins that are included in these mods are often cluttered with unnecessary stuff, balance changes to armor rating or NPC stats or even world edits that may conflict with other mods. And they're also few years old and not patched with YUP changes.

If all you want from these mods are visual changes for NPCs and nothing else, you may find this mod suitable.

What I did was:

1. Forwarded Yukichigai Unofficial Patch changes.

2. Removed world edits and unnecessary records.

3. New races that the overhauled NPCs use will no longer show in your character creation menu (and crash your game when you try to select them).

4. Rebalanced the stats of the unique NPC armors added by this mod. Some of them were ridiculously overpowered, one NPC had an armor with 35 DT (T-51b Power Armor has 25 DT). Now they're all comparable to vanilla.

5. Restored non-playable flag to the Legate Armor so you can't loot it from Lanius body anymore (like in vanilla).

INSTALLATION:

1. Download and install the original mod by dragbody. It's hosted on the GUNetwork forum, you won't find it on nexus as dragbody never published his NPC Overhauls here.

2. Install my mod and let it overwrite the original .esp from dragbody's mod.
