+++DESCRIPTION+++
This mod adds in a VSS Vintorez into the game along one modification for it, a PSO-1 scope. It comes with unique static and sound entries (and a custom sound!), as well as having it added to the appropriate weapon, repair, vendor, and leveled lists.
Note that this weapon has been balanced to be (unrealistically) powerful due to its popularity and as such will only be found near the end game store tiers and a very select few type of NPCs will carry them. If you don't like its power, you are free to tone it down yourself with GECK.
It can be found on Doc Mitchell's kitchen, by his bag of yeast.
