Version 1. 1: now hats are in the Win's safe. This should fix the texture issue with Vance's lucky hat (if you experienced it).

It changes the stats of Vikki's bonnet and Vance's lucky hat to +5 Critical Chance +1 PERCEPTION +1 LUCK and also replaces the textures with new ones that matches Vera's dress (black hat with red ribbon). They can be found at Wins hideout (they are in the Win's safe but you can steal them from Pauline and Sammy Wins if you prefer).

Download it with Nexus Mod Manager or install it manually copying the .esp file and "Textures" and "Meshes" folders to your Fallout New Vegas "Data" folder.
