VATS Alternative - Bullet Time - Trigger Tweak

A small patch I made for PushTheWinButton's VATS Alternative - A Comprehensive Bullet Time Mod .

It allows for the Bullet Time functionality to be used by holding LT (Left Trigger) down completely on Xbox / X-Input Controllers.

As a bonus, it's useable outside of combat, as long as your weapon is drawn. This makes it more useful for Sniper builds.

Lastly, it is WryeBash BashedPatch mergeable, save a load order slot that way.

Requires the aforementioned mod to be able to do anything useful, it can't be used by itself.

Use the included image as a reference for how to set it up correctly.

Is it fully compatible with JBT (JustBulletTime) / JAM (JustAssortedMods) ?

Not that I've tested and know of, nor should it have to be. I have both this and the latter installed, seems to work fine.

If you plan on using both, just disable JBT or the relevant functionality of JAM to be safe. Or maybe test it, it's whatever.

I welcome PushTheWinButton to implement the functionality in this patch into their mod.
