Basically just modified the MaxFollower12.esp,
changed the "iNumberActorsAllowedToFollowPlayer" value from 12 to 16
i changed the name as well to MaxFollower16.esp
if anyone wants to test out more then 16 let me know i can do that as well
(think i used fnvedit) ------- MISC. FILE -- TEST --
modified to MaxFollowers20.esp
changed the "iNumberActorsAllowedToFollowPlayer" value from 16 to 20
