Understone ENHANCED (A DUST Settlement)

==BACKGROUND== I first learned about DUST watching Darth Xile's playthrough and shortly after discovered the original Understone mod for DUST and began my own playthrough. I loved the core concept of the original mod, but it was a pretty immersion killing for me how many NPCs were there and how big it was. That being said I hit the GECK and created "Understone ENHANCED" with permission from PinballJoe as his version is no longer being supported. This version of Understone was meant to provide a truly immersive DUST experience that will allow you to roleplay and interact with the NPCs in the DUST universe.

==WHAT IT DOES== -Reduces the mod to three cells, one for the entrance shack, one for the town and one for the store.  -Walls off all three lower tunnels to reduce the size of the main cell. -Scales back the population while retaining all previous vendors from the market district. -Moves the doctor to a new clinic in the main cell. -All vendors and other new named NPCs have unique dialog centered around DUST to add lore. -Multiple repeatable "gather" quests (Trade scrap metal for food, trade packs of cigarettes for ammo). -The player character will have a variety of ways to respond to NPCs (positive, negative, neutral) allowing them to roleplay and interact with people in the DUST universe in a way other than killing them.
